My name is Mike Bourdeau, and I bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in property management and real estate investment. Throughout my career, I have managed residential properties, overseen tenant relations, handled maintenance and budgeting, and ensured properties operate efficiently and profitably.

In addition to property management, I have personally purchased multiple homes and parcels of land for renovation and resale. Through buying, improving, and flipping properties, I’ve gained firsthand experience in identifying value, managing renovation projects, understanding market timing, and maximizing return on investment. This real-world investment experience allows me to guide clients with practical insight and strategic advice.

Alongside my real estate background, I work as a paralegal and am pursuing my goal of becoming a real estate attorney. My legal knowledge strengthens my ability to navigate contracts, negotiations, and complex transactions with confidence and precision.
